Dear Sir,
I could not undersrand that after more than 15 days, you are unable to refund the
all booking amount. It clerarly shows your malafied intention alongwith your call center
employee who made me fool, making false commitnent and adopting malpractices.
Please tell me, what step you have taken against that employee[ Me sanjay[ who
booked my order for laptop as I mentioned earlier making false commitment on behalf of you. I THINK THAT YOU MUST HAVE CHECKED THE VOICE RECORDING OF SAID PERSON As you told that every thing is recorded in your office.
I have no option otherwise to go to consumer cell and MRTP CELL against your company particularly Mr sanjay for booking laptop by malrepresention. If you are providing me laptop and full package with laptop as Mr sanjay commited me than it is well and good, otherwise be prepared for leagal concequancies.
I think you will refund my total booking amount today itself and save the interest on credit card balance because today is due date[ie 20.04.2010] of credit card payments. I once again repeat the booking id /

PACKAGE IS OFFERED BY INDIATODAY BUT A BOOKING ORDER NO -OGA 100011130 IS RECD.BY US FOR BLACKBERRY MOBILE AGAINST THE PAYMENT OF RS.29999/- AND I SHOCKED THAT EMPLOYEE OF INDIATODAY GROUP HAS CHEATED ME THROUGH FALSE AND MALPRACTICE COMMITMENT.
