The said your agency is very un-professional and does not have even minimum business ethics. Keeping your business of indane with such type of agency will only jeopardise the brand image of a PSU like IOCL.
Please educate them to behave properly with cusomer and book the gas on demand. One has to go to the door step of this agency to even book the gas cylinderDon't you think it is rediculous.
