Agency not giving service properly

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer for the more than ten years. We are registered with Vijay Ratan Enterprises, Karkardooma, East Delhi.

We had booked a complaint regarding cleaning of our gas stove on Tue. 24/11/09, but till date no body has turned up to solve it, inspite of making daily reminders to them. Everday the attendant make false promises that it shall be attended soon.

You are requested to kindly look into this matter ans send someone soon as due to bad stove position much wastage of gas is going on.
