Respected Sir / Madam
With due respect I beg to say that I (Meena Bajpai) am a customer of Tundla Gas Service District Firozabad (Uttar Pradesh). MY Customer No is T- 5438. I am suffering from Delay in cylinder delivery for more than 3 month. Though I book my cylinder regularly yet I have to complaint two
or three times for it to get cylinder, they give different reason for delay as your home was locked, I could not get your house. They pretend in this way but I am a famous person in Tundla and my house can be get only my name and my house is never locked . so I have to suffer great. I am not getting delivery of cylinder in time from the gas agency for example I booked my cylinder on 29-01 and get it on 25-02 and booked on 18-03-08.And get it 17-04-08 at present I booked my cylinder on 13-05-08 and complaint for it on 05-06-08 my complaint no is 6 .and got its delivery on
13th June. I want to know that cylinders were not at the Gas agency in stock from 05-06-08 12-06-08. without reciet.
My second problem is that I also want to know that if one has the computerized bill of refill Cylinder of before the date of increase in price of L.P.G. he will have to pay the printed price or the price written by hand without any stamp or signature.
My third problem is that there is no facility to complain for any inconvenience on Tundla gas agency as no name of any officer, office or phone no is told us or given in writing.
Sir I have complaint it with great hope that my problem will be solved as soon as possible.
