Indane cooking gas

My Consumer No.4761. Address: B48, Pocket 4, Kendriya Vihar-II, Sector 82 NOIDA

My Distributor: Ela Gas Agency (Indane), Shop No.50, VDS Market, Pocket A, Sector 93, NOIDA

To our surprise, the above shop remins closed for the last one week. I booked a refill on 16/10/209

All telephone lines were switched off. On enquiry from the neighbours of the shop, it was revealed

that the Dealer's Agency was raided for some reasons and nobody knows when it will be opened

and supply of gas restored. I found lot many worried consumers who have booked refillsvisiting the

shop to know the position.

In case the closure is a long drawn affair, what are the arrangements being

made by the Indane Gas management for supply of the refills for customers of Ela Gas. Is any other dealer in the near by vicinty is being directed to entertain our demands.
