I booked for supply of Gas cylinder via online gas booking on 22-07 and was given booking no. as 218889 against my consumer No. P-3870 (Dealer's Name Jaishree Enterprises, Sheikhpura, Bailey Rd. Patna-800023).
I have NOT received cylinder till date (18-08). On inquiry from the gas agency Ms Jaishree Enterprises over phone, they replied that there is NO such booking. When I gave them the booking No. the attendant used un parliamentary/abusive language and slammed the phone.
I am shocked over the behavior & wish to know where to lodge complaint and also book the gas cylinder.
Could you please help & take the issue with appropriate authorities so that the consumers are not ill treated & gas is supplied. Grateful for a response.
