Dear Sir

My father Mukul Banerjee, is a consumer having C.No- C.G.S.9361of 'M/S.Churni Gas Service', Mahitosh Biswas Street, Kathuria Para, Krishnagar, Nadia, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of last delivery though he (my father) has the connection of double cylinders. They also take more than 15 days for delivery of anew gas cylinder from the date of booking. As a result we have to wait at least 40 days to have a new cylinder. I hope for your proper steps.
