Gas leakage

I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My distributor's name is M/s Sunny Gas Agency, Indane Distributor, 215/A, Paper Mills road, Sembiam, Chennai-600011. My consumer No. is 16253. My connection is around 3 years old. For the past 5 months the cylinder is not being used because of leakage. My districutor is informed many time over phone. Most of the time nobody attends the call. Very rarely they pick up the phone. On 29-09-08, I personally made a complaint in the office and I was assured that it would be attended immediately. Till now, neither they replaced the leaked cylinder nor they took any positive steps. As a result I am suffering badly for non-supply of gas. I am having single cylinder only.
