Non-delivery of gas cylinde

it has been 8 days since i booked a gas cylinder and till dt not delivered. since i have a small family i order only once in 2 to 3 months and yet i dont get a delivery, while i see in the lanes the cylinders being sold for rs 500 each to people and to shopkeepers.

i called again to sp today and they said they will deliver tomorrow... it is impossible to get through to them over the phone . their phone remains busy for hours... it has become impossible to deal with s.p. enterprises /indane gas... i will monitor may be another month and then book with bhart gas and a different agency
