Delay in supply of cyline

I, the consumer of indane gas, consumer No.(26153) registered with Karuna gas agency, distributio of indane gas agency, surendrsnagar Nagpur. PhNo.0712-2233211

i have applied for refilling on 05/10/07 but till date i have not got the cylinder after reminding & visiting several times.

its a vert serious issue that, they never attended to the phone calls.
