Indane domestic gas

Dear Sir,

I Saurav Gope based at Barasat, Kolkata- 126. I booked gas through telephon on last 19th December. today is 28th Jan'09 . Yet not get the refilling cylinder. When I went to meet them they tell me that they have no sufficient time to talk with me. I have single cylinder so due to absance of gas I break my fast to hotel. So pl sir suggest me what can I do now.
