Delay in supply and misbehave

Dear Sir,

A booking for gas was made with Aar Dee Gas Bangla Bazar, Lucknow. It was assured that within 5 days the gas will be delivered. The same was not delivered, when the agency was contacted on 18-3-08., They gave another date i.e 23-3-08.When asked about the reason the manager misbehaved. Kindly intervene in this matter and help the costomers. It seems the black marketing is rampart. A investigation may be made.
