Sub: Problem with gas booking.
Dear Sir,
I the undersigned is a domestic LPG customer of your company under the distributor M/S Roy & Dutta Enterprise (Code - 99180196), Indrolok, Sodepur. During last few months we are facing a lot of problems in booking. In the month of April the distributor said that, the booking will be taken after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. The last delivery date was 25th April, so, my father had gone to book a cylinder on 2nd May. But my father was told that, now onwards booking will be taken after 10 (ten) days from the date of delivery. As per them I had gone there on 5th May. Then they told me that, now the gapping period is of 15 days.
In such circumstances I request them to tell me the way to know the gapping period. One of them told me in a very rough manner that we have to come over here to know the gapping period and we will also not receive the telephone calls.
Now I would like to know that, who is responsible for the decision of gapping period? Are you instruct them or they decide their own?
So, I would like to request you to look into this matter and suggest me the best way.
