Not picking up the phone, Dealyed delivery and poor service

Hi,

I have been trying my gas distributor (JAGAN NATH TERPRISES) located in 1181 GRD FLR GALI 36 D D A FLATS MADANGIR, New Delhi- 110062 for the last Ten days and they dont bother picking up the phone. I have been suffering a lot...

agency comes across as a very poor service provider. The contact numbers are consistently busy (we haven't been able to check on the status since last 10 days as the numbers are not reachable)
