sir/madam,

i am consumer of indane gas.our area service provider is NAIK GAS AGENCIES ADILABAD.it is our long exprience with them that they never respond on phone.for any problem, we have to go all the way to thieir door step, quite far from our residence, and suddenly changed their office from city to outcourts.and in the present office also not kepted complaint box or there is not any mobile numberof sales officer or any staff.i am a public sector employee many time personely i went the agency for gas by availing a day leave for gas and cost of one day leave is around one thousand per day.one instance i submitted a letter on dated 20/12 for change of address as well as regular booking but still i have not received the gas and today it has come my notice that after i rush their office personelly they changed the adress and rudely tell gas will come with in two days i am suffering lot from there services kindly guide me in this regard.
