Delay in delivery of cooking gas cylinde

I am a holder of Indane cooking Gas Nol S 3609, I booked my gas on 20th august. I was told it would be delivered in 3 days time. Since then I have been calling the company everyday but no result. When they pick up the call they promise to send immediately. I also visited the company on three occasions where I was told it will be delivered. They are short of delivery boys or the delivery boy does not know the address. My gas has not been delivered. Today is 2nd september but gas cylinder yet not reached at my home Where as the gas has not been delivered. Could some one help me
