Gas not available on time

Dear sir,

joginder krishan, h no 637/12 darra kherra thanser

customer no 1090.(indane gas agency near railway station)

i have told many times on counter please provide us a cylinder in a month. but they did not provide. i have booked my gas before 17 days... booking no is 2223. the cylinder deliver person provide a damaged cylinder which can cause an accident. he took that cylinder but he did not send that cylinder till now.

i request you please take some hard steps to solve my problem. i need on cylinder in one month.
