DELAY IN REFILL, BAD AND INEFFICIENT SERVICE

My consumer no is. 26860. I had booked my monthly cylinder on 20th Dec. Today is 14th Jan and still it hasnt come. On repeated calls they have said waiting period is 35 days. When i called their agency number for general inquiry, they said withing 25 days they can send a refill. So i called them again saying that if they said 25 days why in my case it hasnt been delivered still. They said because the previous bill was entered into their accounts only today thats why it will take another 10 days for new bill to be generated. Now this is inefficiency and corruption in every day life and harassment for consumers. I had paid my previous bill 1 month back, and they need 1 month to enter it in their accounts!!!
