Irresponsive Philps service centre

My complaint id is L111

I have purchased philips MMS 430 audio system from authorized dealer on oct and on 19 th dec it has got dead and I taken to authorized philips service centre at Marthahally, Bangalore, Karnataka on 22/12. After checking they have told board has to be replaced and it will take 10 days. I agreed and after 10 ten days when I approach them I got the replay not yet replaced 2 days is required again, I agreed that but still today (14/12) not yet repaired. They keep saying will take time.

What a pity PHILIPS!!!
