Gas connection

I applied for the new connection with all the relevant documents @ Anbu Gas Agency, Chennai on 21/09. Details of the connections are : (Running Sl No 9781, NEW CONNECTION - REGISTRATION 111355270002273). People were supposed to come from the agency for inspection (as i did not apply for stove connection because i had that), which they did come on 20/10 and gave the report. Since then I have been struggling to get the connection but I am being told different dates for the availability viz

Have tried calling people @ the gas agency but they just do not respond.
