Non delivery of cylenders

I am customer of M/s Amrit enterprises, yamuna vihar, delhi for gas cylenders. the telephone of the agency never get connected for booking purposes and whenever gas has booked through computer booking i.e. 1260 the cylender never delivered to us.

My customer no. is 40567 and i have booked cylender on 10/10 on computer booking and my booking no. is 8 but still there is no delivery.

I always face this problem with this agency.
