I booked my cylinder on 2/12 but have not received one yet!

my DOUBLE CYLINDER IS FULLY EXHAUSTED. Inspite of repeated verbal requests at our local distributor center (CODE-99040912) DUM DUM GAS SUPPLY AGENCY, I have not yet received my gas!
