I am s.k.bhandari, a resident of Ordnance Factory Estate, Raipur Dehrdun. i have been taking the service of " Ordnance Gas Sewa" for the past 3 years. these three years has been a nightmare to me in obtaining refilles gas cylinder every time my gas cylingder gets empty.every time we book gas, it never reaches on time. we have to literally either beg or fight with them. only then we are able to get refilled gas cylinder. a number of times we are forced to use electric heaters. people may be seen qued in numbers outside gas warehouse.
i would like to draw the kind attention of concerned authorities towards this and i request them to take remedial measures.
