On 6 jan'09, I had called them to book my Gas number A25224. They refused to book & said that they had delivered the cylinder to me yesterday, i.e on 5 jan'09.Then i told him i didn't book my cylinder & also had not receive any cylinder yesterday. After that he spoke to someone & told me that u will receive ur cylinder tomorrow. But till today I have not receive my cylinder. Now I call them again today that when I will receive my cylinder then they again told me the same old story that their computer is showing 5 Jan'09 deliveryso u book on 19 jan'09 . Again I have to tell him the same thing. I thought this delay is due to strike but now I am really angry, they said earlier they will send my cylinder but how will they, they hadn't book my cylinder yet. So I request to take the action as earliest
