Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!

I am a customer of Indane Gas. My distributor M/s Roop Gas Agency, Delhi and my consumer Number is 26985 and booking no is 25968 is not supplying gas regularly. I have booked for refil on 13/12 and till date they have not supplied the refilled cylinder.
