Sir,
I am Narender Singh, residing in Krishan Vihar I have a connection (consumer no is 6205 on the name of my mother Kamla Devi) of your cooking gas. Each time when i booked the gas they people are not giving the booking no and after many reminders they deliver the cylinder in 10-15 days, the story is not over here i have to repeat this task every time when i booked the gas. They people don't have any sense of talking with customers and always talking in a very rude manner.
Now you please tell me how much time you take to get deliver a gas booking and to provide the gas at home. This is really ridiculous, we are just fed of it. Please take a necessary action regarding this issue.
