Delay in supply of refill cylinde

Respected Sir/Madam,

I booked my refill for consumer # 10431 on 1260 (Online Booking)

on 6th December. Now that it is 14 days, I went to Siddharta

Agencies to enquire about my refill status and was surprised to know

that the gas was booked on 10 th December and they say it will take

another 5 days.

To my other surprise, I found out that the Auto was delivering booking

dated 9th December in my locality.

Could u please help me... and check the real status of my refill...

Why are there such manupilations when i booked it on 6th and the person

at Siddharta Agencies is saing that it was booked on 10th... He says it

may be due to holidays...

Anyways i request you to see to it that i get the refill at the

earliest and such things are not repeated again.
