Dear sir,
I am a customer of Madhu Gas Agency loccated in New Kondli (M.Vihar-III). My customer no. T04858. and booked my number for refill on 12.1.2009 at first time. They said delivery will be done after one week. As per them send the salesman 20.01.2009. That time we were out for our job. Although our neighbour said the man poeple will reach within half an hour he did not care and gone back. They cancelled the booking. Again I booked on 23.1.2009.Today is 29.1.2009 still they are in no mood to do the delivery. They said on 31.1.2009 they will deliver. This is very rediculous situation we are facing that our running cylinder was finished two days back and my family is having food from hotel. This agency people are always deal the customeres with same manner. I think this type of Public Service People are shame not only to your firm but also to entire nation.
Kindly look into this matter and take serious action against these type of people quickly.
