Non-delivery of cyclinde

I am compelled to lodge a complaint against my gas agency M/S JL Gas Agency, Tiruvellore, Tamilnadu. I booked my cylinder on 2nd of december after the lapse of stipulated timeframe fixed by the agency. Tilldate, the cylinder was not delivered. I contacted the agency several times in person and overphone, the response given the staff is very positive, but in vain. My consumer number is 10512. kindly arrange for speedy delivery of my cylinder and thereby save the reputation of indian oil gas name. Expecting your positive action from your side. thanking you
