Non delivery of Refill

Dear Sirs,

Re: My Consumer No. 9089 with VIMAL GAS, Palluruthy -

I booked for a refill on 16/Jan and till this date it has not been delivered!!! It is a regular practice that, this VIMAL GAS takes a minimum of 45 days to deliver a refill and everybody is facing the same problem. They never response to phone calls.

Kindly look into the matter very seriously and sort out the issue as quickly as possible.
