Transfer of Gas connection

I had purchased a indane gas connection from Pioneer Cons Co-op Stores, Bhadrakali, Kolkata in the year 2002.Cons No (P-8637). In 2004 i left kolkata for out of country assignment for 4 years. I have come back to India and want to get the same connection transferred to Vadodara. Pl help
