I today tried to book for refill and called the telephone number of the distributor at Koparkhairane (Navi Mumbai). I was greeted by a recorded voice giving me a different number to call. I could call there and book for refill but what I wanted to point out was that there was no advance communication from the company about the change of process. Moreover, the most surprising part is that the company web site also is completely silent about any such change. Infact the web site does not even mention anywhere as to what is the process of booking refills (though it very much talks about raising grievances).
