No delivry of cylinder trasfer from mooradabad from 1-12

I am facing the problum of lpg gas cylinder from 1-12 Due to transfer of my gas connection From Moradabat (UP) to Utrola Dist Balrampur (up) they are not issue me my gas connection before 3 month I am Contact the Gas officer on Mobile Phone no 9415019172 but no responce of my problum

please solve my problum
