I am a resident of Saket, N. Delhi with a consumer No. 3518 with M/s R.K.Agencies.
On 19th mar. 09 the cylinder brought in weighed only 25 kg. The delivery boy immediately brought in a second cylinder which also weighed nearly the same. On dialing all the 3 agency numbers repeatedly there was no response. The godown incharge was summoned who then personally came to deliver a 29 kg cylinder and requested to be allowed to take away the incomplete cylinders - to be passed on to some dhaba / restaurant. The Manager who (we are told) is not available, sent a message that he would meet us in the evening.
The incident is a breach of trust that customers place in their local suppliers.
I hope the Indane gas looks into the matter.
