Dear sir/ madam
I am consumer of Puranpur gas agency & my connection no. Is P11565.I booked my gas on 5.03.2009& its reference no. is 1184
On 17.3.09 I had gone to take my cylinder from godown. I had to stand in queue for a long period i.e. From 5:00am to 12:00 pm and when I reach the counter I was refused and told that you could not get the gas until we complete the requirement of last month .later I was told that you could get the cylinder on one condition i.e. If you could pay some Extra charges for the current requirement.
Secondly the behavior of the servicemen is very rude towards the customer.
Moreover we are not given Rs.8 off if we collect cylinder from the godown.
We are facing lot of problems due to the poor service and black marketing of the cylinders at the godown; customers have to stand in lines from early morning till noon for 4-5 days and even then there are very few chances of getting the cylinder.
It’s my humble request to you that please pay attention towards our Puranpur Gas agency. I hope you would check out this problem very soon.
