I have been trying to book gas cylinders on phone. The telephone line installed even if it rings, is not attended during booking period, i.e. upto 4.00 pm and after that the persons concerned pick up the phone, and says to book it the next day. This is happening for the last two occasions and this time for the last 3 days I have been trying to book since 20th March. The agency name is DOMESTIC GAS SERVICES, SECTOR 'O', ALIGANJ, LUCKNOW. The phone number is 0522-2364852 the only number on which booking is done.
