I had booked my cylender to the Amar Gas Agency, Bihari Colony, Shahdara, Delhi-32 personally on 09/03 but it is regretted to say that the delivery of cylender has not been made till today. When I contacted to the care-taker of this agency on 22/03, he told me that the cylender has been supllied by Mr Shyam delivery man on 12/03.ie after three days of the booking but where? The care-taker could not give any response reg. this matter. It seems that all the employees of this agency from care-taker to delivery-man are involved in the blackmailing of the cylenders just because the consumers are facing a lot of problems.
The higher authorities are requested to take immediate action against these employees and oblige.
