Dear Sir / Madam,
I am Babu from Tirupur / Tamil Nadu. I have INDANE GAS connection (customer no: 27443) with Sri Srinivas Gas Service / Anupparpalayam / Tirupur / Distributor code 3526403.
Even though M/s. Sri Srinivas Gas service has three phone lines, They dont pick up phone calls even after several times we try. So I got fet up with their irresponsible service.
I have booked refill cylinder this time through SMS on 16/03 and i suppose to get a cylinder within
15 days time normally but i have not received the refill cylinder so far. When i have gone to M/s. Sri Srinivas gas service office to ask the reason for delay, They says my sms had error and booking couldn't be done which they informing me after 17 days that too when i visit their office. At least
they should have made a system to inform the customer about errors and fault as soon as it happen.
So that we could use alternative way of booking and can avoid delay.
But please note that i have booked the cylinder last time with the same sms method and i had got the cylinder in time.
Please note that i have only one cylinder connection without additional. I have family with 3yr old kid
and if we dont have gas for cooking it is really a nightmare to manage the kitchen as we would not even able to boil milk or water which is very very essential things at home.
It is really pathetic the way these people behave to the customer. They really dont care about the customer's difficulties. Hence i request you to make a strong action against these people, so that the customer will not suffer due to negligence of the distributors.
