Second Cylinder not given

HI

This is with respect too Consumer ID No 54014 (Bangalore) i have booked second Cylinder in aug '2007 but everytime when i ask for an status, the Indane agency people sat that the wait time is 2 Years.

It initially started from 6 months waiting and everytime the time gets extended

Please let me knoe the solution for this?
