Not taking booking of double cylinde

Dear Sir,

Though I am a double cylinder customer of Freedom Gas, Birati, Kol.51, but Freedom Gas is not taking any booking before 26 days of delivery of the first cylinder. Why?

Shall we only get resuts by going to the media & etc.?.. Why not the company itself give us justice?

Freedom Gas's delivery men do not carry their weighing machine and always give less weight of cylinder, which will go less than a month.
