My complaint, this gas agency is not providing me DBC connection since 1.5 years

Always they are saying come with us after fifteen days i have visited many times thay refused to give me the connection. I want to know why???

when i have every documents for the DBC

They are creating a problem I want to ask one question YOUR COMPANY DID NOT SOLD A SINGAL DBC CONNECTION TO THE CUSTOMER PAST 1.5 YEARS...
