Delay in delivery & Bad service

I am Indane Gas Consumer No. 16760 under M/s Wardha Indane Gas Agency, Wardha - 422001 Ph.no. 07152-230933.

Me & All consumer of this agency facing a lot of problems every times from above mentioned Agency, which is listing below.

1) I was booking for refill at 17/04/09 but till date cylinder not received.and taking last delivery at 21/03/09, today 47 days left cylinder not deliver to me.

2) For refill delivery, they have a system of booking gas cylinder 21 days after last delivery & For delivery 15 days time boundation after booking date. (total minimum 36 days) But in actully this agency take 45 days to effect delivery. If the consumer insist for delivery after waiting so many days they will say that if you require cylinder you go to our Godown for delivery which is 2-3 Km away from remote place. One has to pay at least 100 Rs.extra for transportation of cylinder.

3) All consumer of this Gas Agency may have complaints about this agency. If you or Indane gas authorities take survey about service of this agency, you will find very bad service of this gas agency. to harass the all consumer.

4) I have got 6 member in my family & one cylinder last for 25 days. How I can manage with such poor service of this gas agency.

I have full faith on Indane Gas Authorities. Please look into this matter seriously & take necessary action & instruct this agency not to harass the consumers like this.
