This is to inform you I, Mr. N.V. Rama Dass, Wide customer Number 15970 applied for Double cylinder on 29/09 with WL No. 5796. So far I didn't get my double cylinder. After my requisition so many people got the cylinders but always distributor refused to give second cylinder to me. Agency name by Sri Srinivasa Gas Service, Code Number 983031.
