Not getting DBC conection

Dear sir,

My consumer no. is 32550. I have single domestic connection & still trying for DBC. From June 08 i am waiting for it. Now i havetransfaerd from Satna to Ujjain & the distributor Mahakal Indane Service is treating me like a new consumer. He told me wait for 6 month more for DBC apply. Kindly suggest how can i get it, because always i would transfer after 1 yr.

In this regard i am requesting pls treat me as a old consumer not new. I am already taking service from IOC since June 08 so how can your distributor tell me New consumer. I am not cunsumer of Mahankal Indane service Ujjain, i am a consumer of IOC.

Also i request to you that pls aske to your distributor for polite talk with consumer, there is also a issue of misbehavior.
