Change of address

Dear sir,

I have shifted my house from Rajori Garden to shivaji Enclave. I made a request letter my Gas change of address n submitt at ASHU Gas Service RajouriGarden. ASHU Gas service has accept the change of address letter along with id proof on dated 10 jul. but still not change my address. I called them everyday but asusal the phone are busy always.

Please advise me what to do?
