Abnormal delay in LPG supplies!

Dear Sir

My wife is a consumer having C.No-19785 of 'Nabarun Gas Service', 453, Burnpur Rd., Asansol, Burdwan-713304, Ph-0341-225-1938/1840, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 29/9 but after elapsing 9 days further, i enquired on 07/10/07 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 12-15 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -21 days 9 12 = 42 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
