Already spoke to your customer care many times... but no solution whenever i call everytime they say ' that due to some technical problem our sites not working so you can call after some time'!!
The problem is - 3-4 months ago i don't know how a RTCLUB is activated, Then i called up Airtel customer care they given me no. to deactivate it - I called up that no. but there was just two options 1-to proceed further & 2-to move out of this menu. I dissconnected the call as there was nothing to proceed. So, for last 3-4months I am in between your customer care & the problem every month there's a deduction of 30.00 Ruppes from my account towards that RTCLUB.
Last week i called your customer care complaining about this the guy there given me a no. call on this & the RTCLUB would be deactivated, I called up that no. again there was just two options 1-to proceed further & 2-get out of this menu, then i pressed option 1 & the IVR said 'Thank you for activating RTCLUB you'll be charged ruppes 30.00' & again the RTCLUB is activated in my no. I also have the msg sent from airtel side in regards to this. Then again i called up airtel customer care regarding this problem so the guy from customer care said I am sending Email for this that the RTCLUB would be deactivated in next 48hours & you'll get a msg for deactivation. Then 3rd day i again called your customer care asking for solution because i haven't recevied any message, then the girl from other side said some technical problem in the site call later.
Now tell me how many times do i need to chase you guys just to get solved out this thing!!
I am really irritated from your services specifically from your customer care department - never solves the problem instead of that increases it...

(The above written mail i have already sent to Airtel customer care at [email protected] on 15th Oct. 2007. And haven't got any reply from them. It's really irritating...)
