Dear sir,

This is Jambulingam from chennai, Tambaram. I try new connection with our Ration card. I enquiry in agency in tambaram (stella Agency). That people told, You fill the form and pay 1300 (for deposit one cylinder and load), Next day they are asking around three thousand for total package. We are alredy having stove and we used cylinder from our uncle because of we get ration card after two years. Taht people told only who are purchase stove then only get new connetion. What are this cheat (they are do businees with stove not in gas), Please reply and provide new connection.
