Non Delivery of Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that i have booked cyliner on dtd. 28-07 . Connection No. 10896, But till today not delivered the cylinder, i am facing the same last 3 month's, if i contact with gas agneny, they are telling they have send the cylinder.

Therefore you are requested to please look in to the matter. and inform to him for deliver the gas cylinder in timely.
