DENY BOOKING AFTER 21 DAYS OF SUPPLY AND IRREGULAR SUPPLY

I have complaint against Bhangar Sub Gas Office of Rajarhat Indane Gas Supply, Dist-North 24 Parganas, West Bengal..He always delivers gas after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking and when asked he says there is short supply from the company. This time I have booked on 7/8 in my card. Every time I have to give telephone reminder several times for supply the same. My Coonection no.is 6312 .He had not supplied gas to me till date

Moreover the booking office deny to book after 21 days of supply of cylender.
